I received a text message stating that my resume was found on Career Builder. Based off of my resume I was a good fit for the position. it paid $25 an hour and I was asked if I would like to interview. I said yes and was then asked if I had a Gmail account because the interview would be conducted over Google hangouts. (super weird, but with the technology these days, I figured maybe some companies are doing it so I went with it). The interview wasn't scheduled, I was just expected to be available to talk right away. I was asked some questions which I answered. I was advised that I needed to promptly contact this person (Scott Robinson) back at 8:00am via google hangout to check the job status. He advised that should I be accepted for employment I would receive a check from the company to purchase the technology items I needed for my in home office. (super weird that a company would send a check to an employee to purchase equipment). Once we were done talking, I did a little research and found the actual TCG consulting company that is based out of North Carolina and emailed their HR department. They responded letting me know that was a scam.

I have experience crossing the full spectrum of the HR discipline including talent management and all human resource services to support the organization,i am using a personal email now i am sorry for that our company gmail for interviews is currently down and would be up and running in 3 weeks time

You will work for us as a full time or part time employee. This means you will work directly for our company abiding to our rules and regulations , follow our company privacy and code of conduct. Our company use Pre-employment verification System . We use the information and reference on your resume attached to us from you or the Job Market where we advertise our Job adds. You will work from home for the company because this position is all about Telecommunication . if you choose to work from a office , We can both work on that but you must be willing to relocate .Part time Position - $20 hours a week , 25 hours a week overtime . Full time position - 30 hours a week 40 hours a week overtime .You earn $20 per hour during your one week training while you earn $25 per hour when you become a full employee of the company.

Job Duties & Responsibilities :

1. Transcribe, review, and interpret all lease data before entry into the database.Ensure all data is accurately and quickly entered. Review all documents that come in for accuracy. Update and correct any and all inaccuracies in the database. Compiles and maintains records of business transactions and office activities of establishment, performing variety of following or similar clerical duties and utilizing knowledge of systems or procedures: Copies data and compiles records and reports.

2.Maintains payroll operations by following policies and procedures; reporting needed changes. Maintains employee confidence and protects payroll operations by keeping information confidential.

3. Sending our payment for the company to it customers and Clients

You will Undergo one to two weeks training from the company training supervisor. He/She would assign logs of duty daily and you would be required to work according to instructions, using the Microsoft Office tools and Working office equipment required by the company. Now the function of the Accounting software is to arrange, formalize and manage the data you have processed, sent to your supervisor via E-mail.

You will receive your pay via Direct deposit or Paycheck bi weekly.

Here are the name's of the software's you will need to start working with 2016 Evaluation Guide to Cloud Accounting , Sage Pastal Partner Payroll HR and Payroll Software.

List of the office Tools Requirement : Apple Mac Book, all in one printer,scanner and a photocopier

Before you start work you will receive a payment you will be using this payment to set up your mini office by purchasing accounting software plus the shipping logistics,cos we will be sending you some equipment you will be needing to start work with,immediately you get this payment you start work

The Head Dept of the company will issue you check to enable you purchase all the softwares & Office equipment you need to start work with.

The check will cover all the equipment you need to start work with. It takes 24 hours for a check to clear in our employees account, How long does it take a check to clear in your bank account?

I will update you on when the check will be coming to you via FedEX or USPS
