In med Oct 2020, I hired TCC Construction owned by Tommy Cuellar and or his daughter Priscilla Cuellar to build a concrete pad at my residence for a shed/garage. We wrote a contract and his initial draw was $3000.00, see attached proposal. He came and level the ground and added frame which took him over a month. He continuously made excuses for not showing up when he said he will. By mid to late Nov 2020, he did not return to work and stop responding to my emails and calls. He took my money and disappeared. In late January 2021, after the holidays, I hired another contractor and they finished the job in one week. If you come across Tommy Cuellar with business name TCC construction, Five Star Construction, or any other names, please do not hire this person. He is a scammer and operate a very fraudulent business. Due to health issues, I did not pursue him or his business. I am sorry I did not put this out earlier but I hope he did not scam or cheated other customers!!! PLEASE AVOID HIRING THIS PERSON !!!
