When given the information was given a card with a different phone number and address on it. When he called he talked to a women and gave his information and her husband called him back. When he called he asked questions like; Do you take insurance? How much will this cost? Do you take payments? He was told no they don't take insurance. It would cost $425 for services. No they don't take payments only cash though the cash app. Even if you only need an evaluation but no counseling the price doesn't change. Substance abuse is considered a mental health issue and covered by insurance. What really made us think it was sketchy was they us they only take cash though an app. Then they changed tune and said had to put $225 down. He was give the card by MBI. They are a company that does DOT physicals. Their google listing also has a different address then they gave him.
