A phone call from a woman who states she has a legal career with my county judicial office and will be serving me papers in two day. I called the number given and all the rep could tell me is that I owed visa credit services money 641.90 dollars but 400 would pay it in full. I called visa gave credit card number I was given and they could not find a balance at all.

A girl called me for a number that didn’t show up.saying she’s going to be delivering court papers at a certain time and if the address wasn’t right then I’ll be missing court and I needed to contact a business that Cherokee County doesn’t have. And gave me a number to call who will have information for me.i called the number a man answered the phone and asked for a number I gave it to him ,he put me on hold to pull my information up.another man came back on the line and said he was my Attorney and wanted to help me ,telling me to turn to page.....I said I don’t have any paperwork and some lady gave me this number in my Voicemail.he went on about how much I owe for a credit card(and it wasn’t a regular credit card).he called it GE capital,I’ve never had a credit card with that name or more less the year he said I got it.i told him i was going to go to the police department and fill a report about a fraud on that credit card.he asked did I know who dis it.NO!!!!because I’ve never had a credit card and it’s never been on my credit report.he said it would do any good because it happened 7 years ago that wouldn’t help in court and offered for me to settle out of court for what I could pay right them and call that business tomorrow and tell them not to serve me papers.i said call me back tomorrow.did my research online and found a warning suit about the BBB has contact them and nothing back from them .theres so many ways people are being SCAMED be careful people
