Scammer called my deceased daughter’s cell phone from 855-526-8670. Caller left message saying she had contacted them seeking tax debt relief. 1. She died two years ago, 2. She never owed any taxes, she only received refunds. Caller stated he had reviewed her records and believed he could help. How could a deceased person have contacted him? How could he review the records of a deceased person? How could he help someone who never owed any money? Total scam. Very upsetting to receive a call on her phone.
