they give warrant ID numbers as well saying a certified letter was mailed to your home then returned asking if you have evaded them on purpose asking you to go to Walgreens and purchase google play cards or something similar scratch off & give Id info to submit to agent as proof so warrant can be lifted so you can take receipt along with card to closest station with confirmation number to remove warrant kinda like bonding out of jail!
