I got a letter from Missouri Tax Advocates stating they could help with back taxes. I did call the number, and they said they would call back. They eventually did call back. They were going to be in the neighborhood, and they wanted to meet with me. They would have someone come to my home to discuss options for paying back taxes. I called county clerk and they never heard of the organization. They had me call the Recorder of Deeds. They also have never heard of them. I believe it is a scam.
