Thought I filed my2024 taxes thru the turbo tax - Intuit site- charged my 100.00 fee for filing then showed my refund was disbursed 3-20-2025 and was never deposited into bank account we listed on turbo tax. When I contacted IRS they stated they never received my e-filed taxes and I cannot reach anyone at turbo tax now.
