I purchased a groupon from the Tattoo Removal Centers of America is how I first learned about this service offered. I went in for my consultation and the doctor told me I needed ten treatments to have my tattoo removed. After that if I paid for all the treatments upfront (OVER $2000) I would be guaranteed free treatments up to a year after I had completed my tenth and last paid tattoo removal treatment. I continued my paid treatments and went to schedule an appointment to receive a treatment that I had paid for is when I learned that their telephone number had been disconnected and their website has expired on squarespace. You can still find the company on google, facebook, and youtube. I contacted the leasing manager of the 137 N oak park ave, Oak park, IL address ((708) 434-5778) His name is Jim and his cell number is (708) 205-8000. he told me that the tattoo removal clinic has subleased from someone else and that he only had the contact info to Artemis: the tattoo removal treatment center shared a suite with Artemis. He said he would try to help me and would get back to me with any info. I am 24 years old and I don't have $2000 to throw around and am feel extremely scammed. I left a message 4 weeks ago on the tattoo removal centers answering machine and when I tried calling back after they never called me back and learned that the number was disconnected I became very upset. I have a halfway removed tattoo that I'm living with everyday and I prepaid in order to receive a year guarantee of free treatments and now this company has seemed to disappear of the face of the planet. Not happy at all. PLEASE HELP!!!!!
