Scammer claimed to be a tattoo artist. We messaged on instagram where he sent a link to a jot form to set up an appointment as well as his cash app( cash app name originally was $tattoosleevekillaink and now has been changed to $bigerv26) to send a deposit of $150. when I arrived at the scammers claimed location they were nowhere to be found and unable to contact. Self proclaimed brother of scammer stated “ you’re the second person I had tell me this today”. Later in the day I had a friend message scammer and they were trying it with them too this is clearly a perpetual threat that has been done to multiple people.
