I bought an animal print jumper, when the item is received, it looked nothing like the picture. The material was so delicate it acted as if it was almost sun beat. Falling apart by just picking it up . There were threads everywhere, holes and the print itself was super fuzzy . I tried to return though their email but they wanted me to pay for shipping which was over $20 . They agreed to only send 15% back, I was not okay with either option . So after weeks of going back and forth I requested my refund through PayPal and thankfully it was able to be resolved that way .
