The problem is that they no longer and have not for a while offered a buffet dining to its patrons. They sell only over the counter individual food items like any regular restaurant or fast food chains.
This is the typical Bait & Switch scam; advertise one thing for sale that is apparently a good deal, but which no longer exists and replaced by the more expensive a-la carte choices.
I spoke to the only English speaking employee, inquired about the buffet who then said they haven't offered for quite some time. I said but today you have two huge interstate billboards and a large painted sign above this very building advertising "Indian Buffet".
I told him this is Bait & Switch, False Advertising and that I would be reporting them to the appropriate agencies. He said go ahead, did not offer to correct this situation and apparently does not care he is breaking the law.
