I went to her tax service just to get a quote of what my tax return would be for the 2021 tax year, and once she told me I immediately realized that something wasn't right with what she was saying. She never showed me anything, nor did I sign any documents. I only gave her my stub and my dependents and I information to get a quote. After she told me, I told her that I would be allowing Jackson Hewitt to complete my taxes, because I never heard someone charging $1500 to complete a tax return. Being that I never signed anything, I thought I was okay. Well, I just found out that the owner Latasha Bills forged my signature, charged me the money, and submitted my return without my knowledge, and after reaching out to others familiar with her company, she has been doing a lot of others like this, and not only that she is stealing people children info and using it for other people tax returns. Please help me she can't get away with this.
