This “store” advertised on social media. I placed an order and received confirmation of my order. A few weeks went by and I hadn’t received either a tracking number or my package.

I reached out and for a vague “we’re filtering a lot of orders” email but not information on my package. I let a few days go by and emailed again and again received the same answer. I followed up with a request to cancel my order which was never answered.

I once again emailed and asked for refund and received and undeliverable email.
