I received a letter from someone named **** ****** ** *** ****** ** ***** stating I sold a scooter to her and never delivered. The envelope is addressed to: Sales Center, ****** ********* *** ** ******** **** ********* ** ******  I researched the return address and according to the residential list of occupants does not show apt. 230 having not only no occupant, but also the apartment number does not exist. Someone opened a 'department store' using my name and home address. There are xerox copies of the alleged purchase on a cell phone screen. Will send copies at your request.
