Searching for a "Personal Loan" of around $15,000.00 and ended up online with a "Albert Kelly" offering a personal loan. Next day claim of approval and could raise it to a nonsecured $35,000.00 at 3.1%. at $630.00 for 60 month. "File Packaging, Auditing, and Attorney Charges" of $517.00 inclusive of taxes. That fitted well to finish a Home that was "Dried In" Promised Wife 39 Years ago in marriage nuptials. As a Disabled Veteran fighting for life and holding a promise to Wife it couldn't of sounded better. Received information I needed $550.00 for "Funding Lawyer" which was sent. Few days past and received Guarantee Letter serves as a guarantee that the Target Financial Corp LLC will irrevocably guarantee payment to me of $35,000.00 after submission of $3,780.00 as a Six months of Advance Installments. And funding would be completed within 24 business hours after submission of the requested amount. Target Financial Corp LLC issues an assurance that I would not need to pay anything extra and my complete loan will be funded after submission of the amount. If Target Financial Corp LLC is not able to fufill the mentioned terms in the given time then I would have full authority to act on my refund. Meantime I had to pay for a Funding Lawyer 3 times, and then they said they would return my money in a "Check" on top of approval of Loan for $35,000 but would have to pay additional $1,700.00 which made my blood pressure rocket!. This all got batted around and finally something like $800.00 in which I let myself talked into writing self a check for the overdraft limit. Then Funding manger handed me over to Michelle Clark whom duned me for an additional $800.00. This was now putting me in $6000.00 and when phone about not sending my loan the Phone would answer then go BUSY then the phone wouldn't even ring just go BUSY! I always felt so close for so long it is DEVASTATING. loosing home, car, and in debt.

They say they are affiliated with Target Financial and Insurance Services. Called them and they said that are not with them and they had complaints about them before but not as much details as I provided.
