I purchased a Taotronics dehumidifier from Amazon and upon receiving the item (packaged in the original Taotronics packaging) I noticed an enclosed response card that read "Congratulations you won a free $100.00 Amazon gift card" with instructions on how to claim. I sent the information requested and never received the gift card. I contacted the manufacturer in the US and they said they could not do anything about it and that I needed to email their China facility. I want Taotronics to honor what they offered.
