Exact same as other stories. I ordered my chair in July. They kept saying they were sold out from TikTok. Would have some to ship in a few days and would ship an additional chair. Have not had any communication from them since September 3, 2021

Ive been looking all over online for this company since they stopped answering me on August 22. I haven't found any sign of their page since now...I order a chair on July 27th and never received my order since. I did email in August and they said the same story it will be shipped in 3-5 days and a free chair for the wait- best regards Michelle. Never received it 25$ down also! I am going to file a complaint also.

Exact same story as those before me. I ordered my chair at the end of July and I've been disputing this with American Express since about late August because the company stopped responding. They gave me the same "We will send you a chair for the delay" and I've made four additional email attempts to contact them but nothing. I will send them all of these cases because this is ridiculous.

Same experience as above. Ordered over 2 months ago. Emailed asking for a refund. Got a response telling me that I could get a free chair or a refund but needed to let them know what I wanted ASAP. Have heard nothing since and now see that their website is down. I will notifying my credit card company today.

Ordered two chairs over a month ago and was told 4 separate times that my chairs would be going out "after the weekend", "in 3-5 business days", "soon due to going viral on Tik Tok". I was offered a free chair to compensate for the wait and after that, the customer service went radio silent. I am giving them another 2 days to respond back to me and then I am filing a dispute with my credit card for fraud.

Ordered a chair over 60 days ago. Keep being told chair is going to be sent out after the weekend or is 3-5 days due to popular demand. Then they will offer another chair for free. Have asked for refund several times and get no response other than someone responding chair will go out.

Ordered a chair over a month ago and their “24/7” customer service line says no agents are available any time you call and directs you to their email address and the people who email back lie and tell you over and over that your chair will be mailed in 3-5 business days. They have now told me that 4 different times and it’s been over a month and nothing has been shipped.
