I order 4 wigs on sept 4 2021 paid for vip shipping but still have not received my order. I emailed them to ask has my order been shipped and I have yet to receive a response and to ask for a refund

I will never purchase anything from this place again! They are total scam artists, I was suppose to receive 4 wigs and what I got was appalling 2 didn't look anything like described on the site the other 2 were suppose to be braid wigs. What I got was 2 bags with 5 braids just in the bag no wig not even the same color. They will not give me a full refund they won't even take them back! They give you the run around and only offered a 10% refund when I paid $60.

Une grosse arnaque mes amies n'achetez rien sur ce site!

Terrible company. I ordered 4 wigs and received 3 small assortment of extensions.
It took one month to come and no communication. Fake and scam.
Not even the same colors.

Just received to be what I thought was a braided wig turned out to be nothing but pieces of braids for crochet braids not the wig I ordered. I am highly disappointed and want a complete refund. It’s a scam

I am sooo furious at this company! I ordered a wig from them, paid for express service (it says 7-14 days) received it a month and a half later, and all I received was some braids on a string! Not even a wig. How do you get in touch with these people? This has got to stop! Top pic is what I got, bottom pic is what I ordered!

This company is a SCAM. I ordered two wigs since February 7 and this is April 17. I have sent two emails which were not replied to by the company. PLEASE DON’T ORDER ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY.
I placed the order after seeing them on Facebook. The address on their website says they are in Japan. A complementary item I received from them has an address from Mississauga, Ontario, Canada.
The pic. attached is what I got instead of the two wigs I ordered.

Just like all the other complaints. I too received the wrong product. I purchased 4 different wigs from this so call upstanding company. This is a disgrace, scamming people. They took my PayPal money & I want a refund.

I ordered 4 wigs from Talurah but did not receive the items that were advertised on the website. I received a bundle of matted hair instead of a faux locs style wig; strands of twisted hair instead of a hand braided wig and one long blonde wig and one long brown wig. I do not receive any of the wig styles I ordered. The company does not have a phone number listed and they do not respond to emails which I have sent every day for 14 days. They are a complete scam.

I ordered 4 wigs from them but received a small matted bundle of hair, a few strands of twisted hair that I guess is supposed to be the braided wig I ordered and 2 long wigs that I did not order. I have emailed them several times and got no response. I contacted my credit card company to dispute the $68 charge as Talurah is not responding to my request for a refund. This company is a total scam. Very disappointing.

I ordered 4 wigs and did not receive of the ones I ordered. I got a piece of hair, braiding hair, a blond wig and a very short wig. I emailed Talurah and they will not respond. I need the address to return this mess. So beware if this company and do not order. If the price is too good to be true, believe it. This was $55.00 for four wigs. Total $59.00
