I signed up for talkfamily.com to monitor the use of cell phones for my children. I signed up for the 7 day trial. I emailed the company as instructed to cancel my subscription before the trial was over. I have been continued to be charged via debit card for 3 months. I have emailed the company each month with the same results. I called the number that was listed on the website to cancel and it does not work. I have had to have a stop payment added to my checking account and I am possibly going to have to cancel my debit card.

They offer audio readers to help with children. You are unable to hear these audio readers because when you go to look at an order or account an error message pops up.
