I purchased a roundtrip car pick up service for a private shuttle from the airport to the hotel. It stated a person with our name would be available for pick up at baggage, only to find no one available. I called an international number where a person who barely spoke English got me in touch with someone else who spoke a bit better English only for them to call an Uber where we had to go to another location to get picked up. I tried to cancel the return trip only for them to ghost me and no one picked us up for our return trip home. They did not provide the service that was indicated of a private shuttle and a person meeting us at baggage. This company if a fraud.
