I purchased a pair of sweatpants and a hoodie from Talentless. The hoodie came but the sweatpants did not. Instead, a second hoodie that I did not order came. I contacted customer service, they told me I had to return the incorrect item, track the shipping and notify them when they receive it back. I as the paying customer had to notify them that they received the wrong item they sent back in order for them to send the item I had already paid for. I did that and received a notification that the correct item had shipped. However, when that package arrived, it was the same incorrect sweatshirt they had originally sent. I emailed them and asked them for a return label so I could ship it back and requested a refund since I was dissatisfied with the customer service and the fact that I still hadn’t received the item I had ordered and paid for. They again told me to send it back and track the shipment and reach out to ask them to issue the refund. This is a completely unreasonable request. Once the item shipped back to them and they received it, I should have just been issued a refund. Instead of tracking the order, I called my bank to dispute the charge. Ultimately, Talentless denied the chargeback, lying saying they fulfilled the order and I now had to provide additional documentation to the bank and have not received a refund for an order I placed in March of 2023 as of today, June 18, 2023. The bottom line is that what they have done by not issuing a refund for good that were not provided is illegal. I have contacted their customer support line to ask for the refund and they are denying they denied the chargeback and are refusing to give me a refund.
