I ordered a scooter from them in September 2022 to this day nothing! After about a month and a half I was told my TN-XE TALENIC was no longer available and I will be upgraded to the next model up. I was given 10% off but never got it also tons of promises to look into the problem with never a email from their end in return. It is now March 2023 and have sent numerous emails with Zero reply from Talenic. I feel as if they’re too busy Scamming other people and have no time for the ones they already did. 6 months is unbelievable and then ghosted like nothing! Stay away from this place it’s all lies!

I had ordered a TNX-3 and after a couple of weeks finally got it in. I rode it for about 5 minutes and it began to give me an error code and quit working all together. I emailed them about the issue and they promised to send a replacement. After months of back and forth emails they suddenly stopped replying to me and of course have not received the replacement or the rest of the items I had ordered. I since have been trying to get in touch with them but have had no luck whatsoever. As I was reading through all these posts I noticed the administrator email and sent an email 2 days ago. The response was my email has been blocked! I'm out of ideas on what to do to resolve this $2,000 mistake.

I ordered this scooter last year in December and the way the customer service has been is horrendous! Terrible! My scooter since it was shipped did not charge completely! I reached out so many times to the person in charge and every time it was the same joke that they are sending me a new scooter as if I am a kid. This company is a joke. You take people's money and do not comply with your statement and missions. I don't think it is fair that I paid almost 2k for a scooter that I cannot use because if I am riding for 20 minutes it shuts down leaving me stranded. I don’t understand why the company does not want to help me in this situation. They are always saying the scooter is back ordered or that they have it, and they will send me the tracking number. I think I have sent over 200 emails in regard to this issue and nothing at all has been done! It is very upsetting that this company does not help its customer or does not have concrete solutions for this type of problem. Stop playing around and get a solution because this does not look good on your part.

I purchased the talenic 3 for my boyfriend’s birthday….purchase in April 2022 and my credit card was charged in April 2022. Finally got a scooter around July 2022…..they sent the incorrect model, we received a talenic 2. Can only reach customer service by text ( super bad) we were promised a talenic 3, back and forth with text, over and over. We kept following up and they couldn’t even send us the info to return the unused incorrect scooter. Then they gave us the option to keep the talenic 2 and refund us the $300 difference between the models plus $200 for inconvenience….again texting back and forth over and over with different talenic reps and the same bs answers. Come on Talenic give me back my money! This is ridiculous! All the time spent following up with them and we got nowhere. After reading the other complaints and talenic responses…. talenic management you shouldn’t share any type of your customer’s payment/invoice or card information when response to complaints on open forums such as this one! Also pictures of your warehouse stock doesn’t resolve any issues! I WANT MY MONEY!

We can't get your order information here but we suggest you contact us directly with case number #SP220908 and we will finish the replacement or help you return the scooter for a full refund. We will also follow the updates here.

Sorry, we have too many e-mails every day and we may still didn't help you solve the issue yet due to we didn't ship any items in August or we didn't work from the 11th to the 21st due to the COVID city lockdown. We have abanded all the 2022 TN-X series stocks and recalled all the sold items back for change the front suspension system as it may have a 3% rate to cause the front wheel friction with the cable and the customer may send a return request after 3 months of use. We have already gotten the latest batch of TN-X series and GT-300 series electric scooters to the arrival warehouse and it will be much easier for us to solve delivery time issues, stock issues, return and refund issues, and other issues.

Please contact [email protected] for Senior Customer Service Manager Help with your case number and we will help you return it for a full refund by sending you a prepaid shipping label. Or we will send you the newest generation GT-300 as a replacement.

An order was done on 4/5/22 and immediately cancelled. Received email/confirmation from Talenic that order never went through and I would be receiving a refund back onto the card that was used. It is now going on 5 months with no refund. They refuse to answer the phone # on the website. I have only been able to communicate with them via chat and text messaging and that is only if they respond. Excuse after excuse after excuse. Explained the card they are trying to refund has been cancelled. They then claimed they would refund via Cash app or Zelle or Western Union. They also asked that I provide them with new banking information - which I have refused. They keep telling me every day they are waiting on the MTCN for Western Union and continue to say 2 hours. I have requested a manger/supervisor for a call back and of course no response. This company is a nightmare to even attempt to do business with and they continue to give the same response/excuse each and every time. Horrendous service and they will not admit that they are refusing to refund me for an order cancelled though I have all emails/text messages saved.

Still waiting for my refund & no success and getting anyone to respond via text or through their website chat.

I have still yet to be contacted or even answered by Talenic. They even recently updated their website which is straight bs. I highly suggest you steer clear of this “company” Talenic. If you want to know how they are just look at my other posting. I am disappointed in myself for letting it drag out as long as it did. I should have reported them to FTC awhile back. But I’m reporting them now. I recommend Hiboy, or Roadrunner, to purchase an electric scooter, they have pretty good support.

As we mention in before we totally have 3 customers with refund issue and we still trying to find an effective way to finish refund in other options since the original account you use to made payment no more available and want to change to another card. We were sorry for the refund issue but we still trying to fix it asap.

Zelle and Cash app was found not working for China.

Till date 2022-09-02 we still didn't solve issue for all 3 customers who posted reviews here.

This has just been an absolute nightmare dealing with this company and I don’t even want to spend my time writing this out. But if it someone else, I guess it’s worth it. I purchased an electric scooter on February 24th and received it on march 10th damaged, and that’s when this roller coaster of a nightmare ensued. You can see by the messages and still continues to this day, and have yet to receive a replacement scooter or a single dollar back. These screenshots are just teeny tiny portions of my journey. Talenic, just send me my damn refund already..

I will be waiting for my refund and I will not except any excuses.

Ok where to begin, lm a customer, I purchased my tn-x1 in March of 2022. When I received my scooter I noticed a grinding sound so I contacted TALENIC Immediately, they said they will send me a replacement. 1 month later no replacement. They offered a refund, 1 month later no refund. I asked for a refund 2 months later no refund. Today’s date is July 29, 2022. I have been blocked, ignored, and scammed. Also Shanxin agent #21 is the only person. I’ve asked for a manager and nothing. I have screenshots of the conversations and emails.

This is Manager Shanxin from Talenic Support. I am a support manager working for Talenic and we only have 4 support agents who work on support and technical support as we normally don't have much support work and issues. And I was working on your refund and following the case for the past two months. So it will still be me who reply your questions and complaints.

Your order #TN11922022 was delivered by UPS with tracking number 1Z07X3V8A896028596 on 8 March.

Then you applied for repair service due to issues that happen with the scooter and we started processing a replacement.

The replacement scooter has not been delivered within one month due to being out of stock and we have met shipping delays and clearance delays with the new stock.

Then we contacted you again on 27th May for a refund. But we get a notification from you that the card you originally had end in 7591 is no more valid. And you have sent us a new card for us to refund the payment to the new card.

We have been trying and waiting as the original payment was charged with the third-party payment provider and they will only be able to finish a refund to the same card when you made the payment. So it didn't go through when we try to refund to a different card.

This happens with the other 2 customers who paid with a card and want the refund go to another card. For us, this is risky as if the customer paid by credit card they will try to chargeback the payment even after we provide them a refund through in other options. And we promised you that you can return the current scooter after the refund has been processed.

So we are still trying to find a way to finish the refund for you and you have agreed that we will send you a check or finish the refund by Cashapp when it is ready. We can't directly send payment from China by cashapp or Zelle so we were talked to one of our agent in NY to send you a payment for and on the behalf of Talenic but we still didn't finish refund yet.

We have been keeping in touch with you in the past few days and we always reply to your message, live chat and e-mail on time as soon as we see it. The last talk between Talenic Support agent #66 and you are Saturday and she already informed our supervisor to contact you ASAP just he just come back to work on Monday.

We never block your phone number but it may have an issue with our phone support system as it is not a Physical telephone. It is a network customer service platform that work on multiple platforms and departments. Sometimes it may have an issue with credits go 0 and it will not accept new messages. But this has never happened in before or with any other customers. Also, we checked your message screenprint and it may be from your phone that you have blocked us.

We are so sorry for the issues. We will submit a refund request to your original card again which you made the payment and please contact your issuing bank to solve the card issue. You and we can post updates here to follow the case until it is solved.

Seller website looks like a big American corporation. But in fact it is a fragmented operation. Customer support

number is from Istanbul, the website owner is in Texas, charges go to the uk, and only one contact is available

who's name is shanxin he claims to be the manager and is located in China he is the contact on the website chat

as well as the phone and email. He claims to have a warehouse in LA but all shipping and returns go to a small

bike shop in the Bronx. 512 e240st. I ordered two scooters on may 24. It said next day shipping on all orders. It

wasn't until a week later that I complained that shanxin gave me excuses about shipping delay out of LA. He said

he would ship them himself out of Hong Kong but later said he couldn't send the ones I wanted and he is short staffed.

He gave me a long story about how he struggling right now and promising me free scooter. I asked for refund on may 31. he tried to offer free scooter for review. I said I prefer my money He said 1-3 business days but I’ve seen nothing as of yet. There are no reviews on the products on the website or anywhere else. I DO NOT RECOMMEND ANYONE BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS EXTREMELY PROFESSIONAL SCAMMER.

Has already been refunded on May 31 due to a shipping delay and custom clearance delay on Port of LA.

It may take a few days for the third-party payment provider to process your refund but it has already hit your account a long time ago. We have sent you multiple e-mails to ask if you have received the refund but we didn't get any reply from you.

We have statements in multiple places like youtube and Reddit and ESG that we are a company from China and supply electric scooters to USA market. Like most other famous brands born in China and Japan, we can provide professional products and services. Our main purpose is to supply professional products and services to customers. We are manufacturer direct.

Multiple customers have received the scooter we shipped from Walnut California.

Some customers also write on Reddit that they have received the scooters we shipped from Hong Kong when any model is out of stock. Sometimes they will complain the shipping has been delayed since their model was shipped from Hong Kong.

Multiple customers have sent the electric scooter to our warranty center address and they get their scooter repaired perfectly and we have always sent them a UPS prepaid shipping label which shows the repair store name and contact information. Some customers from New York even directly bring the scooter to that fix center and bring it back right away after it has been fixed very fast. We don't think we have any issue with them since they provide very professional service even though they don't have a mansion in new york city. Also, Pre-owned models have also been shipped from this store. Every customer who has purchased preowned models knows this address and sometimes they will call them to confirm shipping status.

Support Team Manager Shanxin has always used his name to post details on Reddit, Youtube, ESG, and other platforms if the post is from him. He always does his best to answer questions and finish his work perfectly. When he saw something on the internet and needs an explanation he will write something. That is his duty and work. And for phone support, it will mostly go to Manager Kelly Kuzma as she speaks very good English and she knows very well about our every model. We have a professional support team that is widely acclaimed by our customers. Though we don't have too much people in this team.

Talenic recently has some posts on Reddit in which YouTubers want to review our products and we just introduced the Youtuber Program. Some customers has already received a free sample and they have stated on every place they received a free sample from us. We don't think that is an issue. More YouTubers will post reviews on Youtube very soon. Some customers want to see more reviews on Youtube and we are just trying to find more people to review the products for us. So we offered you a TN-X1. But you continue says you want TN-60M and ask us to keep you updated when stock arrival Walnut, california.

We have an International Support Service number from India for customers who call out of USA. The team also works on website maintenance. We don't think that is an issue. The number was from India when the customer dialed and it shows Indian national code +91

Our payment was charged by a third-party payment provider called PacyPay to help us charge payments worldwide. We sell electric scooters to multiple countries. PacyPay is a professional company based on London and we use their payment gateway in UK. That was clearly written on the customer's credit card bill. And we have clearly written that on our website. The website was set up on 2020 based on the Shopify Platform. Since the founding of the website, every day has people posted like this to wonder about Talenic and we still stand till today. You cannot judge others with your limited knowledge.

Again not everyone is a good customer or a customer to Talenic. We are very proud that we have a lot of customers who choose Talenic and write reviews for Talenic Products even though we didn't ask them to do. And every day we have a lot of good customers who have enjoyed our products.
