I ordered an item from the websites very complete line of items offered on their website www.takeplac.com called and left a message which was never returned to inquire more information about the items, decided to order and placed the order. Called the next day and the phone number is disconnected and so emailed to inquire and cancel the order. Received a response email a few days later, after emailing a few more times using both the websites link and then paste and copy so I'd have records in my in box, and got a response stating the order had shipped so can't refund. Got a package today and it is a very small package with a garment in it instead of equipment, I ordered a golf club. Contacted the takeplac website and have not gotten a reply.
