I ordered a product April 19th from this Company. Was supposed yo be delivered by April 23rd. I have contacted them several times for either a refund or tracking number of which neither was received. They stated item was shipped and can't refund money but yet they haven't provided me with a tracking number or any follow-up on e-mails. Their reply states they are currently closed but the hours they say they are open don't correspond.
