I received fifty bucks in my PayPal. After receiving said amount I went to an ATM and tried to withdraw the money I knew was there. I was dinied. I checked my PayPal account right after and saw that 19.95 was taken from my account. I looked up the address given which I found a number and call shortly after. When the person answered the phone all they wanted was my card number, I asked if my email would do, they said ok so I gave them that and they said they could not find my account could I provide my card number, I replied what about my name the person on the phone paused so I asked for there supervisor they said hold and shortly after the phone hung up
