Online ammo sale scam. Payment is via Zelle or Bitcoin. Customers are advised to contact support via live chat when they are ready to check out. After Zelle transaction, a "tracking number" email is received. A few days later when the shipment should have arrived, you try to contact them via live chat. They are always "too busy" to chat.

I too fell victim to these people! They scammed me out of $408! Everything everyone else has said is exactly what happened to me as well. You go to their site, find the ammo you want, then “Gerald” pops up in chat has you verify your email address. Then you get an email letting you know your order has been filled. Gerald tells you only Zelle payment is accepted and this is the contact information. Mine was April Burnate. I’m very frustrated and embarrassed at the same time!

I tried to make a purchase of $690.99 dollars on October 04 2022 they responded with an website messenger and sent information to send the money with zelle. I didn't receive and confirmation till the 4 when I sent them a message on the website messenger and I few minutes later a number texts me saying they have my package for shipping and to click on a link over sms or click a link they sent to my email. Then they said my package is on hold till I pay 300 refundable insurance. I told them I wasn't informed of this and they said they forgot to tell me. I called the number that was texting me and spoke with a guy and he said he will return it to the store and then I called the tacticoolammoshop.com and it was the same person on the phone from usshippinglogistics.com both of these site are the same scam or closely affiliated. I asked for a refund and they said no refunds and starting laughing. I could hear more people in the back laughing. I called them scammers and they starting swearing profanities. I hung up and they called me back multiple times to curse me out.

Ordered ammo via online chat with business. The only payment accepted was via Zelle. Paid via Zelle. On immediate confirmation, online chat person said the order would be sent. It was never received. Subsequent communication was not successful. These people need to be charged with wire fraud.

I placed a large order for ammunition. I finished checking out before realizing it never prompted me for credit card payment. Immediately after the order was placed I received payment requests on text and email stating that I needed to chat with customer service via their webpage to fulfill the pymt. I did this and at first was directed to pay with Zelle which i declined. Next, it was to make payment via PayPal friends and family to : [email protected]. It told "gerald" that this sounds like a scam since I'm being directed to pay an individual vs a company. He went on and on about how legit it was and that I should just send the payment. I then googled and saw the scam alerts about this company and told "gerald" it was indeed a scam. The live chat immediately ended now I'm reporting a scam attempt: 1:30pm EST on 12/29/21

Prices on website Pre-Covid. States everything is in stock even when everybody else is out of stock. States: only payment is Venmo or Zelle. This is your first Red flag. If you don't use a credit card... you will have no one to fight for you if you have a dispute.

Phone number for is 225-320-1207 on their website. After my purchase of a 22 caliber pistol for $230.00 A week went by with no contact from them. I called the number and a foreign accent male answered and I asked about my order #_ _ _ _. He said wait a minute.

A moment later The phone had a busy signal. I hung up and called the number again, and now I only get a recording saying this is a non working number. I'm pretty sure if I used a different phone to call, the number would go through. I think they have a block on any number they chose, but can let new customers call and be scammed also.

I filed also with the FTC to hopefully get these thief's shut down.

I have been looking for gun brass for reloading. Came across tacticool ammo and they claimed they had brass in stock. I tried to purchase but there wasn't a way to pay. I received a text saying my order was being processed but I needed to pay through Zelle or Venmo. I paid through Venmo and then they never responded back. Tried to call the phone number listed and it is a Google voice forward phone number and no one would answer. Called my bank to have them dispute charges. Did research and address is bocus and other people have had similar experiences.

Foolish on my part. Had an item I had been looking for. They only accept non-refundable payment sources - that should have been a sufficient warning but I had temp insanity I guess. Used Zelle which is immediate but non-reversible. Only use it for trusted people. They stopped communicating after receiving payment. Justice will eventually catch up to them. They're definitely a scam site.

We were searching for ammunition as we are a gun shop and carry ammunition also. We have talked with them and also did a chat online. We placed an order and were told to use Venmo or Zelle. Venmo didn't work so did use Zelle. They would not give me a phone number to put in on Zelle. After the order was placed we did receive a receipt but had no address on it. I contacted them to see when it would ship and they gave me a USPS tracking number and that took me to a shipping company. They told me we had to pay $200 and when the shipment arrived they would refund our money with cash. I did not agree to that. The shipping company I feel is also a scam. They are Flares Logistics. Their email is https://flareslogistics.com/track-form. Neither place would take a credit card but suggested Zelle, Bit Coin or Vanilla gift cards to pay. I should have known better but lesson learned. Zelle said I could not be refunded and I also asked for my money back from tacticoolammoshop. When I asked for that they never responded. I hope you can put these people out of business. I am not sure if you could retrieve our money or not. Just want to protect others from these scammers!

Great (pre-covid panic) prices on very hard to obtain ammunition. Seemed legit. Received email to follow thru with transaction via ZELLE money transfer for $300.00

After ZELLE transfer, I received a text from "the company" requesting a screenshot of the ZELLE transaction. This was out of the ordinary so I immediately called USAA to cancel the transaction. Too late.

Called the number used to text me. Middle eastern accent, military age male that stated their "business" location was in Lake Charles, La but the text number was from California.

I am not confident I will recoup the $300 but hope that other people will not fall victim to these foreigner-parasites whom advertise hard to get items and scam retirees.
