the company claimed being extremely busy stating they might need 14-21 days to ship out orders, and up to 30 in case special legal forms were required. After 27 days of email ping-pong and requests for order updates (and receiving nothing other "we are busy"), they offered store credit. I reported the fraud/scam to my CC company, who offered assistance in funds recovery.
Company's "all sales are final" statement does not apply, as the only part of the transaction that was processed was the payment, therefore the cancellation claim does not apply. (besides - I repeatedly requested the ordered merchandise and received no updates on the process)
