I was a first-time customer who used their online chat and phone service before placing an order. Both were handled professionally and within 15 minutes. I believe that during the Covid-19 period, many online stores were busier than usual, with a lack of customer service, but TFA is still handling it well enough. And they shipped my order within two business days, which was much faster than many other stores from which I had recently ordered. Their inventory appears to be accurate, so they don’t have to wait weeks for the item from their vendor.

I researched the website and cross ref the FFL # before purchasing, we had an email dialogue about the rifle I was looking for and he sent 'pics' of the 'actual rifle' . Wanted me to make payment via Zelle, which is instant transfer from my bank...I opted for Venmo funding through my CC for security.

I was receiving responses from him a day after purchase, was supposed to ship in 3-5 days but since that time I've had no responses from my followup.

FULL SCAM! The website is completely gone now, a 404 error.

I purchased a firearm from an online dealer, Tactical Firearms and Archery, on May 15, 2022. They provided an incentive for me to pay for the merchandise through Zelle (similar to Venmo and PayPal) which I did; $226.80. I was told to send payment to Zelle seller Michael More (likely a phony name), The Zelle registration was [email protected].

The company acknowledged receipt of payment but immediately thereafter, my many inquiries on the shipping status of the firearm went unanswered. The telephone number on the website turned out to be a text message only number where you are able to leave a voice mail message, which I did the following day. When I realized the whole thing smelled like a scam, I started doing some internet research and found out that a good number of people have reported being scammed by this individual/website using Zelle the same way I did.
Tactical Firearms and Archery never responded to those individuals after payment either, and the merchandise was never received. I also investigated the validity of the FFL number they provided on the website. It was valid and belonged to a Patrick B. Apanel, at the same physical address, Freedom NH, as listed on the website for Tactical Firearms and Archery. It is probable that the connections to Mr. Apanel, his FFL license and his address were all part of the elaborate scam but I am not certain. The scamming incident has been reported, to date, to local law enforcement, the Zelle scam investigation division, the bank's own scam investigation area and soon the Federal Trade Commission. I want to add that the website for Tactical Firearms and Archery is well done is well done and looks perfectly legitimate. Next steps are pending.

Good price and they delivered The bullets I ordered when promised in a timely manner ! BUT! They put the small box of 50 bullets in a bigger shipping box with very little padding ! The small plastic bullet box was destroyed leaving the 50 bullets Rattling around loosely in the bigger box THIS IS NOT GOOD!

I found this site and they're extremely low prices and a million reg flags went up. Any firearm company asking for Venmo or PayPal friends and family is pulling your leg. Sorry that you guys got scammed. Someone PLEASE take this site off the Internet its just not cool!

Venmo payment- should be super obvious flag but went through with it. Received email receipt of the order but never a shipping notice. No return emails and live chat went dead when I asked about my order. Don’t pay Donte Shivers on Venmo. Working to get @ripteeyduce32 blocked and may continue to pose as a fake shopper and report and report until the site is gone.

This “business” has a nice looking website. I ordered online using PayPal and received a receipt. No contact even though I tried several times. No product was sent. I only lost $160 but it’s the principle.
