I got an unsolicited phone call from 844-319-1130 on 10 August 2022 at 7:41 PM EDT.
The initial AUTOMATED caller indicated it was from T-Mobile/Sprint with an offer (unnamed offer at this point), if I was interested, I should hold on for the next available representative.
I waited 10 minutes, hung up, and called the number directly, waited another 10 minutes, and hung up.
Called Sprint support and got nothing. NO person available.
I attempted to Chat, email, nothing. It is like T-Mobile/Sprint had gone to bed for the night
Today got the same call. When I asked to talk to a supervisor I was hung up on.
called the number back, got a different person that did get me to a supervisor, that would not listen to my complaint.
It seems that the T-Mobile/Sprint hackers have a phishing scam going on. Asking for information that they want verified.
BE AWARE of who calls you and what information they want.
