I was sent a email supposedly from T-mobile for prizes for being a loyal customer and you just have to pay is the shipping and handling. So pick the Ninjas knifes and all had to pay was $ 7.49 paided with my debit card and on August 5 2023 they took $68.89 for nothing at all. On my statement the name is MindfulGardenProper Sav. My name is Meredith Williams and my email is [email protected]. would like my money back had to close my account and get a new card.

T-MOB: This is a giveaway to show "thank you" for your outstanding payment history. Congratulations. W6fny.COM/SPkdmIalJs.
I thought it was legit but after searching and reading people's complaints I realized it was a scam. After finishing the survey is says I won an apple watch and I only have to pay shipping fee, which I did about $7, but I didn't get any confirmation email or anything.
T-MOB: This is a giveaway

T-Mobile advertises coverage AND partner coverage in this rural town on their coverage map, and there IS ABSOLUTELY NO COVERAGE for at LEAST 5 miles, in either direction, down a STATE HIGHWAY from this point. NO partner coverage, no T-Mobile coverage. This is a marketing SCAM to get people who LIVE in rural areas, to subscribe to T-Mobile for phone and data services. Scam, fraud, false advertising, whatever you want to call it.

Received an unwanted e-mail from: [email protected] claiming to be from T-mobile and stating that there was a prize survey. The email said 'reward open immediately' and also stated T-mobile customers. I do not have have a T-mobile account. The email contained a screenshot of a T-mobile advertisement that appeared like you could unsubscribe from the e-mail, but you could not. I actually have been a customer of T-mobile for 8 years now and spent over $20,000 with them. While they have made some business errors in the past the fixed them and didn't uncover the scam till now. I initially called them to at least come close to matching a competitor deal before I switch. This is the noble thing to do in a long term business deal on my end. I had explained the deal and even though they are actually about $50 away from them I only asked for a $10 discount to compare unlimited to unlimited. This deal is also for my 2 yr old daughter....lol ....not necessary at all. I only was looking to save money per month. Over the years there's been this reference to this 'business department'.... sounds legit. Every time I have called in the past they reference this department. I was only gonna move forward if they match the deal...... I'm not gonna increase my expenses for a phone for a 2 yr old. The competitor deal works out because I save money and get my baby a phone. I call T-mobile and countless hours of phone calls over 20 hours now of communication. They begin to tell me the business department is on the line working with their rep to work on monthly bill and she is the best rep in tmobile and will get the phone part going...... This process took 2 hours just to sell and then when I receive the phones still no call from this business department and the reps couldn't set up my phone they sold me or a Apple Watch. This in itself is unacceptable for a company of this magnitude. I will cut the story short and now T-mobile president's office tells me there is NO BUSINESS department and they do NOT match or beat competitors deal.... Well now you don't have a valid sale and you forced me into a undisclosed 2 yr deal with you knowing that I was gonna switch. They have lost my trade in for over a month and expect me to send their new phone before I get my paid off phone??? I have no trust in a company that scams their customers, then have their presidents office stick up for their fraudulent phone sales to screw over people.

I started with 2 paid off phones, now Im locked into a 2 yr deal with a scammer/liar. I would never send a phone to you until I get mine back. What kind of company screws over their own customers? In the old days businesses did everything they could to keep a customer. Now big companies like to find ways to scam you and stick it to you because most people don't even know any avenues to fix the problem>>>

I was contacted text message from T-Mobile for survey. Upon completing the survey I was offered a free gift of cleat buds and I was to only pay shipping and handling of 9.99. They charged the 9.99 that day under the name of natural daily options. That charge was on January 26 2021. Then on Feb 17 2021 I was charged 84.68 by someone called positive health balance. My bank was able to get their phone number for me but when I called them they said I was charged for the clearbuds. This was not what I was being shown in beginning and I have screenshots of it all. Thank you for your time. I know I’m probably not going to get the money back but these people need to be stopped and if T-Mobile has anything to do with giving out information and phone numbers they need to be stopped also. I have the actual http screen shot and my billing info if you need it. This wouldn’t let me upload but one picture. Thanks again.

Someone with a Denton, TX area code called me on my cell phone. I normally don't answer calls I don't recognize but this was a Denton area code (as is my cell phone even though I currently live in WI with a 414 area code)and I was mislead into thinking the call might be pertinent due to the familiar area code. The caller identified themselves as TMobile and tricked me into saying "yes" after they asked if they were speaking with "Karen". I grew suspicious when the person calling knew nothing about my TMobile case or a recent TMobile promotion I inquired about.

I explicitly chose to transfer to T-mobile for their international plan. I was told by manager that I would receive free wi-fi calling, anywhere, incoming or outgoing, so long as I was connected to a wi-fi network. I said "Do you mean if I use skype?" He said, "No, you just need to have wi-fi calling turned on. Then be on a wi-fi network. Then just place the call like normal."

So I did this, and turned on wi-fi calling abroad, and got a bill for $130 in international charges. Why? Because I was charged for calls made while on a wi-fi network...because you only actually get free wi-fi calling for calls you make outside of the US to the US. And not incoming calls. So, I was explicitly lied to by a T-mobile representative, to transfer my plan.

This happened at the following store:

Brand Blvd & Wilson Ave (9595)

134 N Brand Blvd, Glendale, CA 91203

Happy to send the individual's name that helped me/lied to me about T-mobile's offering if that's helpful. The product was purposefully misrepresented.
