Received a letter referencing an application to T-Mobile that I never submitted with a reference number. Upon calling T-Mobile, they had no record or the reference number or of me ever submitting an application for service. Letter referenced trying to contact TransUnion regarding my credit score, but did not contain any information regarding my credit. Upon checking credit report, there were no inquiries (however, I keep my credit report locked).
