I contacted the email suggested in order to return and get a full refund for the 3 items I'd purchased. They offered me $16 and I would need to pay the shipping fee to return low-quality merchandise that did not fit and was made of garbage material. When I emailed that this was unacceptable, they emailed back that I should pay to send the merchandise back to Dubai ( not North Carolina as advertised) and they would decide what refund I would get!!! I'm out at least $150-with shipping-and have no merchandise that is usable.

Syzec advertised that they are a clothing company out of South Carolina. The clothing that they advertised, that I ordered were sweaters. I ordered 5 items; 1 shirt and 4 sweaters. The order was placed Nov. 22, 2022 with a delivery date of Dec. 5, 2022. The order did not arrive until Dec. 21, 2022. The shirt was small, and 2 of the items were not even sweaters, it was a cheap material and nothing like the advertised pictures that I ordered. The other sweaters color is nothing like the picture and I kept one sweater.

On Dec. 22, I contacted the service center '[email protected]' as the website states in order to dispute the order and to return 4 of the 5 items for a full refund for those 4 items. The website states "30 days Easy Return/Exchange" and to email them to get a returned package authorization from customer service.

Dec 23 Syzec text me back and offered $25 to keep as compensation without a refund. I denied the offer and requested a shipping code to return the 4 out of the 5 items for a full refund of $168.96.

Dec 24 Syzec text me again and offered $50 to keep as compensation without a refund. Once again, I denied the offer and requested a shipping code.

Dec. 26 Syzec text me back and offered $68.00 to keep as compensation without a refund and they stated that "the shipping cost are too high to be worth the reward. If I insist of returning, I would have to pay freight cost"... and said that they are out of Dubai.

I have not returned a text since this last offer since I am not getting anywhere with them.

I do have screen shots of each email, my order, and the return policy that is online.
