I purchased two articles of clothing from the Walmart website market place and expected this item to be returnable due to Walmart guarantee. My order came in two parts and upon the first delivery I noticed when opening the package there was no invoice packing slip nor return address label. Once the article of clothing was inspected it was warped and not up to par with what was advertised. Once I went back into the Walmart website to initiate a return the account history showed my purchase but once clicking on the items there was no “link” to request a return. I took my items to Walmart and spoke to a staff member in customer service and a store manager because it was odd that they could not pull up a bar code to initiate a return and neither package had an invoice or return prepaid label as normal company’s who guarantee their returns. The Walmart manager would not accept the return due to this and I had to contact the company via Walmart because there was no other option. I received a simple misspelled email with an unusual name and a local California address. I did a county of riverside assessors search on the property address they wanted me to pay to have sent and no record of the names matched the title owner on the property. I also started to receive spam mail, from comparable matching names from the address I was given to send the product too. Which I figured was not a coincidence. This is a separate complaint so I will not elaborate more.

After more research there have been numerous complaints online about this pseudo company “Sysea & Sysea” which lead me to now file a complaint with the BBB. Walmart is a huge company and they should not be able to allow this so called company be able to sell their products in association with Walmart.

Walmart has a standard of selling goods and has a reputation of standing behind its good faith in their products to be able to return items. Clearly his Sysea company does not and scams people out of their money. They need to be investigated!
