This seller advertises slightly below-market prices for many tv models and I placed an order for a 82" Samsung Q70 tv. I got a call from them a couple of days later saying they never got the "warranty waiver" they emailed to me. Supposedly the TV I attempted to purchase was an "international version" that only had an 8-bit panel (no such tv exists) instead of the US 10-bit panel and therefore would not have a warranty. Then tried to upsell me on the US version for $500 more than the price of the TV I ordered.
