This is a predatory lender that preys on minority owned small businesses does not comply with TILA and illegally harass and use threats and harassment in violation of penal code 422 PC in California changing terms daily in order to file UCCs against minority owned businesss. It’s legal mafia and predatory and should be shut down and legally sanctioned. They change fees and harass business owners calling loans within 24 hours.
