A flash of message came thru the computer while being used and blocked the usage of computer. There was a note stating, my computer was full of Zeus malware and needs to be cleaned. A toll free # appeared on the screen to call the # 1-877-215-0521 to ask assistance to clean the malware. So I did call the above mentioned # thinking the message was legitimate.. The person (male) actually access my computer and showed where the malware infected files were, so I didn't want my computer to crush, so I let them access my computer to clean. But before they can clean I need to pay, there is a contract 1yr-$199.00 +tax; 2 yrs-$299.00 + tax and 5 yrs-$399.00 + tax. I filled up a form to pay using my credit card.Invoice #-SY17126, Customer ID-SY126IT1403, Reference # -1465654176 The next day, I called Dell and told them the issue in my computer. They then told me that they never called me, (they don't call clients), and advised that I may have been scammed. I called my credit card company re:scam. At this writing, the amount is in dispute.
