I went to books a million in Cullman, AL around Christmas and bought a few gifts. At the register, the cashier helped me apply for a books a million card. With that, she told me I could get a free 3 month subscription to 3 magazines of my choice. She told me that I would get an email whenever it was close to time for my subscription to be up and that I could cancel then. I never gave out any of my bank or debit card information, only my contact info. It is now March and I never received a warning email. The magazine company has withdrawn $60 from my bank account without any authorization whatsoever, and now claims they cannot find an account under my name. I gave absolutely no one permission to get my debit card information or take money from my account. Synapse group is the company that sells the magazines.
