They will send you an email notifying your credit card has been charged for a renewal of Symantec online protection plans. When you call the telephone number the person states you are on a recorded line and they attempt to get you to log into a website www.gosupport.com which will connect you to a meeting to generate a refund code.

They also use the email [email protected] and [email protected] disguised as "billing team" in your inbox. The other email came through as "support team".
