Received an email from Norton Antivirus about recent order for auto renewal for Norton Security Deluxe - cost is $579.00. I do not have or use Norton antivirus. Called 8442288882 to cancel order (which I never ordered) reached voice mail but their mailbox was full and directed to call back. I responded via email to Norton's order and told them to call me on cell phone. Received call from 9169317104 and was instructed to get on my computer and they would remedy order - told them I would not allow them access - they hung up me. I sent them a 2nd email concerning cancelling order - still waiting for a response.
