I ordered wooden monogram initials on July 29th. My payment went through August 2nd. She told me turn around was 4-6weeks. After 6 weeks, I contacted them for the status of my order, however, they would ignore my messages and comments on fb. It took about a week and one comment under one of there post for them to respond by asking for invoice number. After sending screenshots of my order, they still would not give me an update or respond about it. I believe they are scamming online costumers by taking your money and not sending the item. I have never dealt with such an unprofessional company like this.
