I purchased a door hanger from a Facebook company named Swoon & Co on September 30 and I still have the invoices they sent me. It stated that my product would ship on October 21 and it didn't. I kept trying to get in touch with them through emails, messages on Facebook and commenting of their products they have forsale and they keep giving me the run around. They keep saying we will post tracking numbers but they wont. Iv recently requested a refund but haven't received it yet. Please tell me how to go about getting my money back. I know the persons name who runs it and she has 2 email addresses.
