I paid for a Switch in June 2020. I emailed the vendor at [email protected] on July 7 and received an autoreply message saying my item had been shipped, which is obviously a lie. I found all the msgs on this website and decided I wasn't going to give the vendor a chance to send me a decoy item, so I opened filed a complaint with PayPal and what did they do? THEY contacted the vendor and they're waiting on those criminals to provide additional information, and I can't even add additional information to the claim. As far as I'm concerned, PayPal is partly responsible because they allow this thief to use their platform to steal money from people. PayPal has to be fully aware that the account is used to steal money. There has to have been hundreds of complaints filed. The details I have for the vendor are as follows.

HEY PAYPAL- NEWSFLASH! THE [email protected] ACCOUNT has stolen thousands of dollars from YOUR customers using YOUR PLATFORM. And when YOUR customers reached out to YOU for help, you do a gross disservice to them and fail to reconcile the theft of their money. Because PAYPAL is paid in some form or another by the account(s) receiving the stolen money, PAYPAL is partly culpable.

I will be filing a report against PayPal with the BBB. Is there anyone keeping a record of all the people PayPal has helped Switch Inc Store rob? Are there any attorneys involved? Seems that the dollar amount is high enough to warrant criminal charges against [email protected] and PAYPAL.

I'm in the state of Arizona. The attorney general here isn't worth a lick so I'm not even going to bother with them. I'd like to see updates on all the stories I've read here.

Ordered a Nintendo switch on July 17 2020 and nothing yet . Paid $373 for my daughter and nothing . Emailed them 3 times nothing. Called the number and got a loud ringing noise . I’m filling multiple complaints

I ordered a Nintendo Switch Lite on July 7th, 2020 and it is now August 27th, 2020 and still no switch! I have no idea who to even contact, but I am very angry and would like my money back. I should have know it was a bad site to order from seeing as when I did email them for tracking information, they provided nothing.

Ordered Nintendo Switch 7-7-20 days the order went through 7-8-20. It is 8-25-20 I have sent emails called a number still have not received system. Not a happy camper. My son asked for 1 thing for his golden birthday 7-10-20 and he has yet to receive it. Obviously I am not a happy camper. I am a single mother of 2. Unemployed since April due to pandemic I do not have $200 to just give away. I don’t know what to do! I’m ready to act out full of rage so I guess it’s a good thing I cannot get in contact with these people.

Don’t dispute it through PayPal. Dispute it with the bank you use for PayPal. Send a copy of complaints and your email trail. Good Luck

I did receive an email saying due to COVID there would be a delay. Called a number but never got an answer. Now I can’t even find the number to try again. Extremely pissed!

I ordered a Nintendo Switch Super Smash Bros. Ultimate Set for $299 from Switch Inc Store on July 3rd, with 2-day free shipping via PayPal. When it didn’t arrive in the expected 2 days, I tried to reach them. When no response or contact was made, I reached out to PayPal on July 7th, (after belatedly doing my research) and finding out this was a scam offer. I asked for a full refund. They responded to PayPal on July 12th, stating the order was on its way and provided a tracking number.
It turned out they mailed a plastic ‘Mobile Game handle‘ (worth a dollar or two at most!) on July 9th - 2 days AFTER I requested a full refund to cancel this bogus order, and which arrived on August 6th. I disputed the charge, and they answered my dispute by stating they DID indeed send me a Nintendo Switch, and provided a tracking number as proof. Now I have the burden of proving this was not the item I received. This company is completely fraudulent. Beware, you will not receive your item and they will pursue payment even after a dispute is filed! TOTAL SCAM artists... prepare to be completely frustrated and ripped off. The photo shows the piece of junk I received in lieu of a Nintendo Switch Game System.

Please see the post I just made above (KW123). I was so upset when PayPal said my case was denied due to the fact that they received shipment tracking from the merchant that the item was delivered. I called them and said that they delivered an item and it has a tracking number but it was a piece of plastic and not the Nintendo switch game that my son ordered. I mentioned this site and they put me on hold to see if there were any complaints out on the company and came back after a few moments and said they would refund the full amount and I received an email within 5 minutes saying I would receive the refund. It is so infuriating that people spend the time and energy to scam people and steal money instead of finding an honest job. Just had to write since your case sounded so similar to mine. I really hope you also receive your deserved refund.

That is the exact same piece of crap I received from them, filed with PayPal and I had to file an online scam criminal report before PayPal would do anything. It is still under review and they keep pushing the final date out. I would call PayPal directly and state that the item received was vastly different from what you ordered. Also, the company I filed the criminal complain with was The Internet Crime Complaint Center (www.ic3.gov)

I ordered a Nintendo Switch Smash Brothers pkg ($299.99) on June 11th and same issues as the other complaints, no switch, no way to contact customer service. No working phone number and no response from paypal. I disputed the charge on my credit card so they are involved now. Received a small pkg today that was a $10 clear phone cover. This is a total scam by sick, bad people who should have to pay for their evil ways!

I ordered a Nintendo switch light for $169.99 which said free 2 day shipping! It’s been 2 months and I’ve got no response from the seller which I’ve tried to contact multiple times! I filed a dispute with PayPal and the automatically issued a fake tracking number and sent me an iPhone 11 case ( cheap) & now PayPal is saying they’re not responsible for things lost in “my” possession! THIS IS A SCAM! And PayPal won’t do anything about it! If you thought you were safe with PayPal you’re wrong! Consider your money lost.

Ordered July 16 Nintendo Switch, payment listed as paypal but was through credit card. Have not received anything and there has been no response to my emails, and can't locate a phone number. Obviously a fraud. Ripped off. Karma will come back on them.

My daughter made a Purchase for a refurbished Nintendo Switch on June 17, 2020, with her new debit card, $199.99. She has not received the item or a refund. I have emailed them several times with no response. Her receipt said Paypal receipt, but paypal has no record of the transaction, so you can't file a dispute. Terrible for a kid to learn such an expensive lesson.

On 7/8/2020 my husband placed an order for a Nintendo Switch. He then realized it was for a "lite" version and he emailed the company almost immediately to cancel the order. The PayPal receipt says he paid $249.99 to Best Online Shop, and their email address on the receipt is listed as [email protected]. He sent several other emails in an attempt to cancel the order and get the money back, but never got a response and no product was ever received. None of the emails he received, including the order confirmation, included a phone number or any sort of customer service "contact us" information. We've filed a dispute with our bank and will hopefully be able to recoup the money quickly.

Forgot to mention - the order confirmation and the PayPal receipt both had the wrong state listed on the billing and shipping information - the ZIP code and everything else was right, but the state was completely wrong.

I order a nintendo switch on 7-13-20 for $249.99. The nintendo till this day has not come in. I called them and they stated that i never ordered a switch with them. Also the order ID # that i was given on the email received at time of the purchse was not a vaild order ID #. They also told me that it was probably a scam and that they could not help me. These people are not good PEOPLE. They take/steal your money with no hesitation whats so ever... *****DO NOT BUT ANYTHING FROM THIS SITE. IT IS A SCAM AND THEY STILL YOUR MONEY and you will never get what you did order.**** REMEMBER WHAT GOES AROUND COMES AROUND AND THERE IS A GOD, that is all i have to say about this fraud/scam/fake/liar webiste Switch Inc. Here is proof of my purchase of the nintendo switch of the charge on my accout. Paypal also will not help you with anything they refer you to contact the seller with any issues i might have...

I contacted them, they replied that it has already been shipped, but expect delay due to covid19. I never receive any shipping confirmation. I contacted them again 2x and my emails came back as mailer-daemon. I am going to print out my proof of payment through PayPal and talk to my bank.

This has happend to my son who is 17 and has mild cerable palcey .
He paid £200.00 . Was told there would be a delay due to the corona virus .
One month later no console.
We are having to go to the bank to report fraud due to trying to contact the thieving gets twice ?. It was sent back twice . Tried to get the web site . GONE .
ALL I CAN SAY IS THERE ARE SOME PRETTY LOWE AND SICK PEOPLE OUT THERE . NO SHAME .

Same Story as the Rest Currently in a Dispute with PayPal. PayPal told me to File an Official Complaint with Law Enforcement and get back with them. I am filing with my Attorney General. Received the same $10 part as other people after waiting a week for them to ship something.

We thought we did the right thing. We ordered a Nintendo switch for $219.99 they say 2 day shipping. We ordered it 13 July still not here and no answer to any emails. They gave us a tracking # that ups says is bogus

I ordered a Nintendo switch. That was the end of May. July 18th received my "order". It ended up being something that costed $10 and it was a contraption that helps change your phone into a joystick as if you were playing a game on your phone and wanted to hold it like a gaming joystick. Definitely not a switch. Also when calling the number, it says your call can not be made at this time. And just auto responds when you send emails

Googled Nintendo switch this site came up. Ordered game provided credit card info. Site stated it would be delivered in 2 days. It never arrived.
