Ordered in April 2019, told them months later that I have yet to receive it...as of Oct 2020...still not retro handheld game, I tried to email and I get a failed sender. I demand a $29.99 refund

I ordered a video game from these people, after months of waiting I never received it, I emailed them and they emailed me back and told them they cannot refund me because my order is being processed, this was June 2019, this is July 2020 and I have not received my order, they are scam artists

In April I saw advertising on Facebook for this handheld game unit so I purchased it and paid additional for the express shipping total order came to 34.27. After 1 week I checked to see if they a phone number or address, all they had was a email address, so I sent email & all I got was being processed, will send tracking number when mailed, I have sent many emails and last contact from them was may 10th. Website is down saying will be back soon. Lost my money and never received product!!

I ordered a Retro Handheld Console as a birthday gift for my bro on 3/27 from this company and I still have not received my order for over a month. It’s 5/02 and they keep feeding me the same scripted response of either the order was processed and cannot be canceled/refunded until I return the item even though my status shows “being processed” or “the order is stuck at Customs” even though I’ve never received a shipping notification. I called them out on that asking if it was sent to customs why was a shipping notification not sent. I’ve ordered from other places before overseas and I always got a tracking number as soon as it shipped. I believe whenever I send an email to them it’s setup to send auto-responses whenever I put in key words like “cancel, refund, and shipping” because I can send an email out with none of those words in it and hear nothing back at all until I use them. Save yourself the trouble and do not order from them! They’re a bunch of low life thieves who only care about your money. They don’t even have a phone number for you to talk to them! Please be advised

I ordered a Game Boy from this company. They wouldn’t ship my order. COMPLETE SCAM! 3 months later and countless emails later I involved my bank and finally got my order. They kept my order in limbo and kept telling me it was on the way. Meanwhile I ordered the same item off eBay and received it within 5 days.

Swipe Select put an add on instagram for a handheld video game system. The system advertised being pre loaded with 100s of classic NES games. The price is $29.99 and was supposed to be shipped within 5-7 days. It's been two months and I haven't received my product. I've emailed them three times demanding they cancel the order and refund my money. They keep refusing and reply that my order is being shipped. I have an order number to check the status which has not changed since I first placed the order. I warned them a week ago that if the status didn't change I'd report them for theft. I haven't heard anything back, yet.

Company advertises a handheld video game with classic style games for $29.99, and that at most shipping would take up 7 days...Order placed on Jan 28th, 2019...Still no update...And they're saying a refund isn't possible
