Owner, Melissa Garcia requested $400.00 prepaid for my granddaughter’s swim lessons. After I paid her through Venmo and set up the date/time for lessons Melissa kept cancelling or didn’t show up stating she was sick. In one text she said she came out of “quarantine” too soon after she had already given my granddaughter a separate set of swim lessons which Melissa did complete. I was totally upset that she may have exposed my granddaughter to COVID and decided to request my 400.00 back since she could not fulfill the lessons. Melissa agreed to pay but I never received the money. I went on Yelp to see what I could find out about Melissa Garcia and her business and there were several other similar complaints about her taking money and not fulfilling the lessons and not returning the money.
