I ordered a swimsuit and received a completely different one. When I emailed the pictures and order info, I was told that their warehouse ran out and just send me whatever they had. That they could give me a refund once I return it or can keep it and receive 10%-30% of the purchase for compensation ($4-$12). I asked why was I not contacted of the issue instead of being sent a random bathing suit just because it was the same color I picked? And requested a 50% partial reimbursement or a full refund to include shipping cost. I was told that they would discuss and get back to me and have not received any more emails from them. Emails started 15 June 2023 and last response was 17 June 2023. I followed up on 23 June, 30 June and 5 July with no response.
