I purchased through Instagram the "Multi-Function Rope Pro" on Apr 12, 2020 for $34.40 Canadian. Swiftrend indicated within the Instagram offer that it was made in the US and shipped from the US. The amount was charged to my credit card immediately & received a tracking # about a week later. At the point I received the tracking # - it became clear that Swiftrend is a deceptive scam - the tracking # isn't traceable and only contains "shipping from China" with no further details. I have emailed them a number of times and received the same type of generic reply each time " We know its been a long time since purchase. Please don't worry you order is on its way to your destination. Your order has been delivered to air transport:) (note smiley face). We always want our customers satisfied. Have a great day". Obviously not shipped by air - as the order was placed 69 days ago. Its really quite disgusting what people will do make a buck in what are already challenging times.
