I contacted SwiftiesWorld via website search for Taylor Swift Cardigan on 02/15/2023. Placed order for Folklore Album Star Cream Cardigan Size Small and paid $45.59. Order #1483. Received email with tracking number with FedEx tracking number: 771331994225 on 02/18/2023. I checked tracking and it said it was going to Columbia, MO and Shipping Address was supposed to be ********* **. I contacted them via their help email provided: [email protected] and received an email back from from a woman named Angelica (SwiftiesWorld Support) whom stated: "Hi *******, We apologize for the inconvenience. It seems that you were provided with the wrong tracking number. We are working to figure out what happened with our shipping partner. Thank you for your patience as we resolve this issue. I will have you updated in 24 to 48h, you can rest assured that your order has been fulfilled but there was a mixup with the tracking number. if you have any other question, i am here to assist you Melissa" (this was on 02/20/2023). Since this email response I have not heard back from this company after multiple attempts to email them and reach out. They did take the $45.59 from my bank account.
