Stay Away! The rings I received are NOT the ones I ordered. REAL SCAMMERS! I wouldn’t recommend them to my biggest enemy. Use Italo Jewelry where you actually get what you ordered. I am disputing the charge. I can’t believe that I was taken.

Not as advertised

Buyers beware please take a look at the photos. The one on the left is what they're advertising the one on the right is what was received. They refuse to return the entire amount they want to withhold $10. They stayed because they did not make a mistake well, it's not quite what is advertised.

Order a ring set to wear. It took a while to receive the rings, finally when I received the rings they looked absolutely NOTHING like the picture on the website. I emailed and requested a refund and sent the rings back today. I posted 3 reviews on their website but interesting all 3 reviews disappeared.

Purchased a ring and they said I could return or exchange if I didn’t like it. Buying online without viewing this is a given, received the ring snd it didn’t fit right and was much higher then I thought (I’m a dental hygienist it would rip my gloves) I did everything they asked for the return. They offered me 10 dollars not to return it after first email. Then again I said I wanted to return it they offered 20 dollars, then again I said no I paid 130 I don’t want a ring I won’t wear so they offered 40. AGAIN I said I don’t want a ring I can not wear for the purpose I bought it (copy of my ring to wear at work).So then they told me I needed to package it myself and ship it back myself and LIE ABOUT TNE PRICE FOR CUSTOMS. I have confirmation it was sent pictures etc and they told me I have the wrong tracking number. Which I know I did not I attached the exact receipt from USPS. I paid 14 dollars for shipping and after all of this they said I would be only
Getting back 85 and they were not giving me back the money ir cost for them to ship it to me for me to ship it to them AND for the extra ring box I purchased from them and returned that was 16 dollars. So after paying for shipping back I’m getting back 60 dollars out of the 120! If I knew this from beginning I would have taken the stupid 40 and kept the ring and not spent weeks of back and forth with this company. I even tried to fight the charge with my card but they said it was over 60 days. It took 45 days from when I purchased to even get the ring! They said it was “being custom made” but that’s a fraud it was a cheap ring I think they do that so it goes past the 60 days to dispute the charge.

Swetelove and Stunring are the same company

From my experience, I would not order from this company again. I read the website when I ordered that said 7-15 days. It took 21 days to process and another 20 days to ship...41 days total. By the time it got here I did not have it for the planned event. When I contacted them, they knew that the website was incorrect and there was no way I would get my item in time. I wanted to then return it but they refuse to supply a label. Costs to return to China and their fees are ridiculous. Because their shipping times listed are incorrect and they know it, I think they should have given me a label. NEVER AGAIN.

Bought a 5.5 carat ring. Company said only 4 carats. Sent them copys of main Web Store order, order confirmation and PayPal receipt all from them showing 5.5 carat ring. They still say 4 carats. Won't buy from them again. Doesn't really matter since I never got either ring.

Thieves! Ordered a ring, weeks went by, checking status order was "processing", called to cancel & told now it's been shipped! Arrived weeks later after I had replaced the gift from another source. Tried to return it & they convinced me to keep it for a $20 refund. A week later some of the faux diamonds had fallen out & were lost. Called to return it (still within 30 days of receipt) they offered to send replacement stones & have ME fix it or send it to CHINA for repair (at my expense both ways). Originally shipped from California, but they want me to return it to CANADA ($14) & they will also deduct $10 for the original order's "FREE SHIPPING". SCAMMERS!

I am SO glad that I read these reviews before I ordered anything from them! The jewelry LOOKS GORGEOUS in the FB ads, that they BOMBARD you with, but from the sound of it, the products are JUNK! Thank you Scampulse for providing TRUE experiences! I am so sorry for the people who were taken advantage of by this company.

I almost order a ring as well. I am an attorney, and would have put this company through the ringer. The jewelry they show on this site are beautiful. I am so glad I read these reviews.

I got taken for $180 from them. I’ve been waiting since first of February and still have not received my merchandise that is paid for . Had to start a review with PayPal and now that they are under review, they told me that they can’t send my rings because PayPal has them under review. I have 23 emails to them trying to get them to send my rings and they just respond “drop claim with PayPal “ well the [censored] can’t understand that the reason that PayPal won’t drop the claim is because I haven’t received my rings. And as for PayPal they are horrible, you cannot get anyone on the phone or to answer your messages . This is a criminal act and someone needs to be held accountable for this. Banks are saying to avoid PayPal at all costs, as they are dealing with so many fraudulent accounts from overseas. Swetelove is in Hong Kong . If anyone has a answer or advice, please let us know. Thank you!

My son ordered a ruby ring for me christmas 2020 he received it the ruby was brown after many emails back and forth they told him to send the ring back and would receive a refund minus both shipping cost so he did and now we r in mid March and never received any refund or any response so not only did we not receive a refund nor a a ring double loss and all this started the day we received the ring so no delay on our part please help

They do not back up their warranty. Had a ring for 6 months and all of the "gold" plating came off. They compare themselves to Cartier and Tiffany in their email response. The rings are going in the trash.

Terrible! The description of the rings is incorrect and the product you get appears different than the advertised photos. Carat size is completely off. I ordered a "3" carat ring that was maybe 2 carat. Since I was disappointed with my original purchase, I returned it for another ring. Apparently they only let you exchange a ring once so be careful. The new ring was advertised as 5 carats so I thought it might be 4 carat but it was more like 10 carats and is a complete joke and now I am unhappy and stuck with it.

I payed through PayPal. It’s been over a month and no ring. The email given through PP goes nowhere. Im feeling taken advantage of. I don’t think I’ll buy anything that advertises on FB or Instagram as this isn’t the first time this has happened. I’m out $90.

I ordered a ring for around 50.00. If took months to arrive. To my surprise it was pretty it wasn't false advertising. The ring looked as expected. Sparkling in the sun matched well with my real diamonds. Wore it 5 times ... never got it wet never wore it to work only to dinner and the center stone is lose. Contacted customer support. Waited 2 days. Got a reply and sent photos they requested. Waited 2 days got a reply that my photos dont show the damage...how do yoi show a lose stone via photo. Sent new photos. Wait 2 days. Company states they can't free exchange because ofs been more than 30 days. I didn't even get then ring before 30 days after ordering. They said I can pay shipping both ways and they will fix it. What was supposed to be a pretty and inexpensive alternative will go in the trash. Wish I had read reviews before ordering. Suckered yet again.
