Caller claimed to be from Collections at Swepco and stated that a technician was enroute to disconnect service for non-payment.

He wanted checking account information in order to process payment of $2374.68 for 90 days past due amounts, which we declined

to provide. Then he asked that we go to bank and get cash and call him back at the number given (844-747-5366). We again refused.

We then verified online with Swepco that our accounts are up-to-date. Police report was then filed.

About 15 minutes later, we received another calll, with 888-216-3523 appearing on Caller ID. This caller had a foreign accent and also

claimed to be from Swepco. He was told we are aware it is a scam and to not call back.
